• You'll get fired up and activated as we tap into the dragon energy of the year and then cozy and relaxed as I lead you through a blissful meditation/visualization
• Then I'll guide you through an illuminating writing and reflection practice that will lead you straight to your word for the year
• We'll end with time to share and receive support in refining your word for the year
